Rapeseed oil is also
used as Rübö called Kolzaöl or Kohlsaatöl. It is a vegetable oil which is
extracted from the seeds of oilseed rape (Brassica napus) obtained less
frequently Ölrübsen (Brassica rapa subsp. oleifera). Since the development of
low erucic acid rapeseed varieties with seeds in the 1980s, it has developed
worldwide as one of the most important vegetable oils. Rapeseed oil is used as
food, in a very large extent for the production of biofuels and material use in
different directions.
